Restructured Forum a bit and added a new forum, Finished Orders.

I also enabled the gallery. It can be found at the top near the calendar button.

Also, is anyone here good with Gimp/Photoshop? I would like to get rid of that banner at the top.

I replaced the top banner. It's not centered properly on my screen but I can't figure out how to center it. It doesn't fit the color scheme of the rest of the site, so feel free to change it or whatever.
